R. John Taylor - President
John
has been in the business of providing insurance coverage to farmers since 1977.
In 1999, John formed CropUSA. John is a member of the Board of Directors of
Avista Corporation (NYSE:AVA, formerly Washington Water Power) [1985 - present], The Idaho
Heritage Trust [1989 - present], the State of Idaho Endowment Fund Investment Board
[1997 - present], and Pacific Empire Radio Corporation [1995 - present].
John graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Accounting and earned a
Juris Doctorate from Washington & Lee University. |

John Neumeier - National Sales Manager
John
has over 20 years of sales management experience in the insurance and
the financial services industries. During his recent tenure with Financial Freedom
Senior Funding and Generation Company, he developed and managed multiple distribution sales
channels, a call center, and increased market share by 125% in an 18-state region.
John’s experience with these national companies reveals him to be a strategic and tactical
contributor with valuable insight and knowledge regarding management challenges faced by
growing companies. John is active as a chairman and board member with a variety of
non-profit and civic organizations. John attended college in Nebraska, where he
earned an Associate of Applied Sciences Degree in Architecture. |

Fred Johnson - Regional Sales Manager
Fred
has spent 24 years in the financial services profession,
specializing in estate and retirement planning. He owned his own company and a large
part of his practice was in estate planning for farmers and ranchers. After retiring
in 2001, Fred was asked to do national recruiting seminars for the Society of Certified Senior
Advisors and helped grow the organization from 4,300 to over 12,000 members before retiring
again in 2004. Fred is a former head basketball coach at the high school and junior
college level and is a nationally known motivational speaker. Having grown up in Cripple
Creek, Colorado, he spent most of his years as a coach in farming and ranching communities and is
thrilled to be working with the good people of rural America. |

Joseph Lopp - Regional Sales Manager
Joseph
adds over seven years of quota driven sales experience to
the CropUSA marketing team and during his tenure at Fidelity First grew company revenue every year
at industry leading levels. Joseph attributes his success to customer service and communication
skills, and a thorough knowledge of the products he sold. Under Joseph’s skilled management,
he opened a branch office in Denver which produced greater sales revenue than the corporate office after
the second month. Joseph is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, sings in his local church choir,
and is a nursing home volunteer. |

Robert Dible - Regional Sales Manager
Robert
has spent 30 years in the financial services profession. He owned his own agency in Colby, Kansas specilizing in Life, Health, securities
and crop insurance since 1981. Robert has also been active in farming the past 20 years. He attended Fort Hays State
University graduating with a degree in Business and Accounting prior to his tour of duty in the USAF. He has been active in both community
as well as local and state school boards. Robert and his wife reside in Colby Kansas. |

Pat O'Brien - Regional Sales Manager
Pat
has over 15 years of sales and sales management experience in the insurance industry. During his
tenure with the National Association for the Self-Employed (NASE), as a district manager, Pat's district
broke all records for production of premiums collected in the southwest and changed all production paradigms
nationwide. Pat's most recent endeavor was with The Self Employed Retirement Funding Company (SERFCO)
as regional vice president for a start-up agency in the northwest. His duties included contracting agents,
training, and marketing development, which served the small business owner and independent contractor in the financial
services field. Pat is active in his community and is a member of his local chamber of commerce. He
also served in the military as a member of the Army Combat Special Forces in Vietnam. Pat and his wife Jane
live in Salmon Idaho. |

Bryan Freeman - Vice President of Information Systems
Bryan
has been with CropUSA's affiliates since 1982. Bryan was instrumental in the in-house development of software,
consisting of over two million lines of code. He has also been involved in the development and maintenance of
network applications and several internet sites which distribute and process information both to and from our customers
and agents. Bryan graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. |

JoLee K. Duclos - Vice President, Secretary, Office Manager
JoLee
has been with CropUSA's affiliates since 1990. JoLee graduated from Lewis Clark State College on the President's List with
a Paralegal Science degree. Prior to joining CropUSA, she was employed by private practice attorneys in Washington State for
15 years. JoLee oversees all regulatory compliance, serves as recording secretary to the various association Trust boards,
is Executive Director for Growers National Cooperative, and manages the corporate office. |

Aimee Gordon - Treasurer and Accounting Manager
Aimee
has been with CropUSA since 2002. Aimee graduated from Lewis Clark State College with a B.A. in Business Administration with an
Accounting Emphasis. Before coming to CropUSA, Aimee was the Office Manager of a logging company with operations in Idaho, Oregon,
and Montana. She has over eight years of accounting and management background, and oversees the daily operations of the Accounting Department. |
